We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If the item doesn’t meet your expectations or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can send it back to us—free of charge.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as order number, receipt, or invoice).

If the item shows signs of use or installation, or is returned incomplete, we may reject the return or apply a small restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • You may also request an exchange if stock is available.

  • If your item is faulty or we made an error, we’ll cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
